Both are known for their antimicrobial and antiviral properties. Rosemary is said to stimulate the circulatory system and thus is thought to encourage blood flow to the brain to relieve headaches. Klip dagga has the capability of reducing stress and anxiety and reducing inflammation. Ginger’s active component gingerol helps bolster your body from within and provides instant relief.

Loose-leaf Tea 20 g

Shake contents before opening.

Use 1 heaped teaspoon (1g) per cup (15 ml).

Infuse with hot water (80’C 176’F) for 5-10 minutes.

3 cups daily for 3-6 months.

Do not microwave.
