A: Yes, we currently have a minimum order of N$50
A: No, there is no sign up required before making a purchase, you can shop right away. However if you do sign up, you can save your favorite items, cart and checkout details and come back to it later and receive our best offers.
A: Anytime (the advantages of being online), we deliver the items the next Tuesday.
A: Standard (areas in WHK) N$50, for areas and regions outside of Windhoek please see prices and areas here or proceed to check out and select your delivery area.
A: All over Namibia
A: Every Tuesday for Windhoek areas and Wednesdays for ‘out of Khomas’ deliveries.
A: When you receive your NamFO order, it will arrive in one of our recycled cardboard boxes, branded and sealed. Swap your packaging for a discount with each order see our Free Packaging Return & Recycling Policy!
A: If you spot any defect, simply follow these 3 steps:
- Snap a picture
- Keep the products with defects aside,
- Email/ Whatsapp us within 2 days after the delivery date and we will get back to you as soon as possible and
if applicable we will make sure to replace or refund the items.
