At Namibian Farmers Online our job isn’t complete until your beautiful package is safely delivered to you.
Where We Deliver
We deliver to the whole of Namibia, to your door. If your delivery area is not listed at check out please let us know and we will make a plan as best possible to get your NamFO package to you.
How It Works
Our online shop is open 24hrs, purchases made weekly until Friday 12:00, will be delivered/ available for collection the first Tuesday, purchases after 12:00 will be scheduled for the following week Tuesday. Orders outside of Windhoek/Khomas are shipped Tuesday evenings and delivered on Wednesdays. Once you have placed and paid your order you will receive an order confirmation email from us. On the day your order is dispatched for delivery or collection you will receive a reminder text or an email from NamFO. Windhoek deliveries are done between 14:00 – 18:00 and will be delivered to the address you have stipulated at check out with additional order notes. Should you have a specific delivery requirement, we are happy to help and ensure you receive your package when it suits you best. From there our beautiful packages will be making it your way, with love from our farmers.
Our Delivery Partner
We pack and deliver your order the same day our farmers and producers deliver to us, to ensure you receive your products in their best state. Please note while we endeavour to get your order to you in the stated time frame, Namibian Farmers Online cannot be held responsible for our courier’s failure to deliver within the specified time due to unexpected circumstances beyond our control. In these instances, we will, however, apply our best efforts to correct the problem. Collection
We have a FREE collection point at Wilde Eend Bistro in Klein Windhoek on the corner of Berg & Uhland street, where a friendly face will assist you with your package. Collection is between 13:00 – 16:30 (watch out for the smell of fresh coffee, chocolate cake and a delightful atmosphere that might sweep you of your feet).
