Our combination of floral scents and earthy undertones is achieved using all-natural and organic ingredients such as lemon balm, chamomile, rose petals, and lavender with vervain and passionflower. A sedative & hypnotic blend, this tea may help to settle the mind & body, encouraging relaxation & a night of deep sleep.
20 g loose-leaf tea
Shake contents before opening.
Use 1 heaped teaspoon (1g) per cup (15 ml).
Infuse with hot water (80’C 176’F) for 5-10 minutes.
Do not microwave.
INSTRUCTIONS: To make a herbal infusion, use 1-2 teaspoons of herb per cup. Place the herbal tea blend in an infuser, teapot or strainer and infuse for 5-20 minutes, depending on taste. The longer you leave the tea to infuse the more medicinal it will be. Make sure to cover your cup while infusing to keep the goodness in. Can be sweetened with honey or raw sugar. Drink as required for relaxation, or 1-3 cups per day.
Ingredients: Rose Petals, Balderjan (wild mint), Chamomile flowers, Lemon balm, Lavender Flowers, Mint, organic Licorice root. Vervain & Passionflower Essence.
