Sugar Peas, sustainably farmed by Eckhart, from Farm Olifantwater – Kalahari.

Sugar snap peas are more rounded than the the flat shaped snow peas. Both have an identical nutritional profile and very similar flavors although sugar snap peas tend to be sweeter in flavour.
