A Wholesome Mediterranean Soup, Opa! – 600g
Lentils are a perfect food, packed full off protein and iron and delicious in this cozy vegetable soup. Made with brown lentils, olive oil, onion, fresh carrots, celery, garlic, bay leaf, oregano, tomato. Serve with a dash of balsamic vinegar and a crumble of Feta cheese.
Suitable for home freezing.
