*Farm Tip: Our favorite recipe; Is Golden Milk Latte. It’s warm, creamy and delicious, and flavored with vanilla, cinnamon and ginger. It’s basically like a hug in a mug. But the best part of? It’s super healthy for you because the same thing that gives this yummy beverage its stunning color is also packed with loads of anti-inflammatory health benefits! Here’s how to make it;
2 cups (470ml) milk of choice
2.5cm piece of ginger, grated
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/8-1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tbsp honey, coconut sugar, or sweetener of choice.
Add all the ingredients to a saucepan. Bring to a low boil, then reduce the heat and leave to simmer for 5 minutes.
Strain into cups and enjoy!
